Brenda Ritchie brings over two decades of experience in the financial industry to her role as Senior Vice President of Risk Management at UNIFY Financial Credit Union.  In this capacity, she oversees Enterprise Risk Management and Collections, ensuring optimal business operations and risk mitigation. Beyond her core responsibilities, Brenda serves as the Chairman of the Executive Committee, providing strategic oversight for the Cornerstone League’s Fraud Council.

Brenda Ritchie is a member of the Client Advisory Board at Member Access Processing (MAP). In this role, she brings insight to the table, helping to shape the strategic direction and enhance the services offered by MAP. With a strong background in enterprise risk management, payments, and business optimization, Brenda is committed to providing strategic guidance to support MAP’s mission of delivering exceptional member services and innovative payment solutions, ensuring high standards of risk management and commitment to member satisfaction. 

Brenda’s specialized skills span a wide spectrum, including Operations, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) compliance, Collections, Payments, Project Management, Credit/Debit/ATM services, Enterprise Risk, and Fraud Management. Her multifaceted expertise contributes significantly to the credit union’s success.
