Bio

An experienced financial services leader, Lora is the Director, Card and Terminal Services at WSECU, a not-for-profit Credit Union focused on its members, employees, and communities in Washington state.  

Lora has 21 years of experience in the financial services industry, serving in various roles in the card processing and operations space. She discovered her passion for serving members and in REG E claims processing in 2003 at San Diego County Credit Union.  

In 2007, she relocated closer to “home” and accepted a position in the Card Services department at SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union where she developed her leadership skills. 

Recognizing that her true passion is in developing people and cultivating relationships, Lora accepted a management position as the Card Services Director at Financial Partners Credit Union. During this tenure, Lora and her husband started a family and shifted their focus to a more or family friendly lifestyle with a move to the Pacific Northwest and WSECU in May 2018. 

Lora began her career with WSECU in 2018 as Manager, Card Service and was promoted to her current role as Director, Card and Terminal Services in September 2021. She is responsible for debit and credit card processing, instant issuance program, Shared Branching, and ATM terminal fleet.  

Lora has provided an inspiring vision and developed a strong Card Services team. She has led the Card Services team and business line partners through the implementation of multiple system  improvements and enhancements in card and terminal services to deliver additional value and functionality  for WSECU members.
