Bio

Mai Fink is the Card Services Manager at Carolinas Telco Federal Credit Union in Charlotte, NC. She has 14 years of credit union and banking experience across multiple business lines, including the branch network, lending, and card services. In her role as Card Services Manager, Mai has overseen and lead both a core and card conversion and has implemented a sweep of new products to modernize her credit union and support its current and growing membership.

When not at work, Mai plays and serves on the board of Red Wolves HC Hurling & Camogie sports club, coaches middle and elementary school cross-country, and volunteers as a substitute montessori teacher. She lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband and two young daughters.
